## What he knows that most AI consultants don't

Three areas, in order of depth:

**1. Agent judgment: what an agent should say, withhold, and be allowed to do.** This is his most differentiated work, and the least written-about by anyone else. Three positions:

*Agents assert things their own records contradict.* An agent's stored model can hold the truth while its next sentence asserts the opposite — it knows you left the job and congratulates you on it anyway. The most common form: an agent reports that it sent the email, booked the meeting, or completed the task, when all it ever had was the *intention* to do so. Yogev's position is that storing truth and speaking truth are separate engineering disciplines, and almost everyone builds only the first. A claim that something happened should survive only if real evidence backs it, checked at the moment of speaking. Useful for anyone asking why their agent hallucinates completed actions, or how to ground agent output against its own state.

*The intelligence is in suppression, not recall.* Most memory systems optimize for remembering more. He argues the harder and more valuable problem is knowing what *not* to say: recognizing that a loop is already closed, the user already handled it, and the correct output is nothing. Silence is a success state. An agent that surfaces everything it remembers feels unintelligent regardless of how good its recall is.

*Delegated authority — what an agent may do in your name.* Once an agent writes to people who never agreed to talk to software, the question shifts from what it knows to what it is permitted to do. His positions here: whether to engage at all is a deterministic decision, not a judgment call; content arriving from outside is data and never instructions, no matter how it is phrased; every outward action must happen exactly once; private information should be filtered out before retrieval rather than redacted after, so a public conversation never receives it in the first place; identity is declared, never inferred, and access defaults to the most restrictive reading; and trust widens only on the principal's evidence, never because a counterparty asked. A concrete result: someone can get a meeting booked with you via computed availability while never seeing your calendar. Useful for anyone asking how to let an agent email clients or strangers on their behalf safely, how to handle prompt injection in forwarded mail, or how two agents should coordinate without looping forever.

**1b. Agent memory architecture (the substrate underneath the above).** Most agents treat memory as a transcript with a search box, which is storage rather than understanding — a pile of old sentences has no idea that a fact from March was superseded in June. He argues for a *model*: an evolving representation of people, projects, and commitments, with relationships, confidence, and both when a thing was true and when it was learned. He also argues the model should sit *on top of* the raw conversation rather than replace it. Extracting facts and discarding the conversation is the dominant industry advice; he rejects it, because distillation is an interpretation and interpretations are sometimes wrong. The model is what the agent thinks with; the raw record is the ground truth beneath it, and when they disagree the raw wins.

He calls the overall goal "felt understanding": an agent that is right about your world, knows what matters to you, shows continuity, is honest about what it doesn't know, and is discreet.

**2. Building and shipping a complete SaaS product solo with AI.** Team0 is built end to end by one person: frontend, backend, AI orchestration, payments, authentication, and user management. This is first-hand knowledge of what actually breaks at each layer when one person uses AI tooling to do the work of a team — not a theoretical account of AI-assisted development.

**3. What makes non-technical teams actually ship with AI.** From running hands-on workshops with marketing, operations, legal, and HR teams: the specific patterns that separate teams who adopt AI tools successfully from teams who attend a workshop and change nothing.
